Building a Lego Robot
In the Introduction to Engineering course, students get to build Lego robots. This is not your average engineering course, it’s much more hands on and gives students a taste of what engineering will involve after graduation. |

PETITION FOR LATE REGISTRATIONAll students must complete the Petition for Late Registration Change and the Change of Schedule form (Drop/Add/Audit form). Both the Change of Schedule form and the petition will require your instructor's signature and the petition willl also require your academic advisor signature. If there are multiple courses, you will need to complete a petition for each course. The Petition for Late Registration Change can be picked up/submitted in the Academic Affairs Office, room 200 in the Old Engineering Bldg. Approval for dropping a class will require documented proof of Extenuating Circumstances. Poor academic performance in a course is not an acceptable reason for changing your schedule after the drop deadline date. Petitions will be reviewed within 48-72 hours and it is the student's responsibility to check with the Academic Affairs Office for a decision. The student is also responsible for finalizing the process by submitting the approved Change of Schedule form to the Registrar's Office in the Administration Bldg., Rm. 210. Deadline date to submit all paperwork is always at 5:00pm on Monday in the last week of classes/beginning of final exams. No exceptions to the deadline will be made. |
