Currently, The College of Engineering has several support elements servicing its highly diverse deparments.  However, there is one central point for requesting assistance for all departments of the college.

PREFERRED METHOD:  Create a help ticket: https://account.engr.arizona.edu

Secondary Method:  Send an e-mail to the helpdesk: support@engr.arizona.edu
Be sure to include your name, department, building and room number, and contact information in the e-mail.

The College of Engineering IT Helpdesk provides technical support for faculty, staff and students in the College of Engineering.
