- Responsible for faculty, staff, postdoc, Graduate Assistant/Associate, and student worker personnel services.
- Provide subject matter support for recruiting and hiring, performance management, DCC’s, visas, FMLA, etc.
- Create job descriptions for all new positions
- Create and submit job postings in the Talent system, generate offer letters and disposition applicants
- Payroll/Timesheets
- Process Employee supplemental compensation, stipends, promotions, terminations, and extensions.
- Oversee visa applications for all international hires, visitors, and student interns.
