Fall 2025 Registration

STEP 1: Parent Consent Form
Complete this parent consent form.

STEP 2: Admissions and Registration – Due no later than August 19, 2025
Complete an online application for admission to the University of Arizona as a Fall 2024, non-degree seeking student. ENGR 102 HS students do not pay the admissions fee. Many schools complete this step in the classroom. Please indicate on your application whether you plan to take the course for UA credit. Tuition is $525 for three units with an additional $26.50 in mandatory university fees.

After the admissions process is complete, you will receive an email to the primary email address listed on your application with a detailed letter of acceptance providing you with a student ID number, a pin to create a student account, DUO, an authentication app, and other important information. Remember to keep this letter for future reference. If you have questions about the admissions process, call Jodie Starks at 520-621-6837 or email jodies@arizona.edu.

STEP 3: Tuition Payment, Bursar
Please do not make or send payment until the balance due is visible in your student account at uaccess.arizona.edu.
Tuition is $525 for three units plus $26.50 in mandatory university fees. Payments can be made by credit card or personal check. To avoid late fees or being dropped from the course, payment must be received and processed no later than October 26, 2025.  Accounts not paid by October 26, 2025, will result in the student being dropped from the course as a college credit seeking student.

Pay By Check
You are welcome to pay tuition by personal check and mail your payment to the Bursar. Please do not send payment until the tuition due shows in your student account at uaccess.arizona.edu. Write your student ID number in the memo line. Checks for $551.50 should be mailed after your student is registered for the course, but before October 12, 2025, to avoid delayed processing, and made out to University of Arizona. Please mail checks to the following address:

The University of Arizona
Office of the Bursar
888 N, Euclid Ave. Room 106
Tucson, AZ 85726

Pay By Credit Card
If you wish to pay by credit card, first follow the instructions on your acceptance letter to create a student account using your student ID (EMPLID) and PIN number. Your teacher will also have your student ID, but not your PIN number. See creating a UA NetID and password for further information.

University employees at NAU, ASU and UA can apply for a QTR discount for their student. The college of engineering does not arrange QTR discounts. Check with your Human Resources department for more information on how to apply for QTR.

Important note: If you set up a student account using your student ID and password, you will be able to access your bill online. The university has discontinued sending paper bills and will likely send bills to the student’s arizona.edu email or primary email address.

Any student without any payment made by October 26, 2025 will be administratively dropped from the course and will not receive UA credit for the course. Accounts with partial payment made, will remain active in the course but will incur late and/or unpaid tuition fees on the account.
